All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number for your convenience.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates
We use reliable courier services such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx for all deliveries.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped:

You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipping for the tracking number to become active.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable charges upon delivery.
Womanhatscentral is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable) will exclude the original shipping fees.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost in transit:

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and do our best to resolve it promptly.
Lost packages confirmed by the carrier will be replaced or refunded.
8. Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged:
Do not discard the packaging or the product.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Send photos or videos showing the damage to info@womanhatscentral.shop.
We will either replace the damaged item or issue a full refund based on your preference.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that time, we may not be able to cancel as your order might already be processed or shipped.

10. International Shipping Policy
For customers outside Canada:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges.
