If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our detailed refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or refund.

Final sale, custom, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
2. Return Process

Reason for return

Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not ship your product back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Womanhatscentral is not responsible for lost or untraceable packages.

No C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) shipments will be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Important Notes:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may take longer to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

If an item is returned in an unsellable condition, a restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you received a wrong size, color, or design, or wish to exchange your hat for another:

Include your order details and reason for exchange.

If the requested replacement is available, we’ll ship it once the original item is received and inspected.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect each product before shipping. However, if your hat arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Include photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.

We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel as the order may already be processed or shipped.

8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Clearance or final sale products

Personalized or custom-made hats
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
